225 gbutter, browned and cooled
200 gbrown sugar
100 gwhite sugar
2eggs
300 gflour
1 tspbaking soda
250 gdark chocolate, chopped
1 pinchflaky salt

Method

oneBrown the butter; cool 20 minutes.
twoCream with sugars, add eggs.
threeFold in dry and chocolate; chill dough overnight.
fourBake at 180°C for 11 minutes; salt on top.
