- 100 gwhite sugar
- 2eggs
- 300 gflour
- 1 tspbaking soda
- 250 gdark chocolate, chopped

Method
- oneBrown the butter; cool 20 minutes.
- twoCream with sugars, add eggs.
- threeFold in dry and chocolate; chill dough overnight.
