Marinade

2 tbspgaram masala

Sauce

400 gcrushed tomatoes
100 mlcream
1onion, finely diced
3 clovesgarlic

Method

oneMarinate chicken at least 2 hours.
twoBroil until charred at the edges.
threeBuild the sauce: onion, garlic, spices, tomatoes.
